The Location
Nestled amongst green rolling hills and surrounded by beautiful beaches, Kiama is a pocket of paradise on South Coast, just a 90-minute drive south of Sydney.
Kiama’s most famous attraction is the Blowhole, a rock formation that sends spurts of water up-to 20 meters in the air when the conditions are right. The less known, but worth checking out, is Little Blowhole, found right out the front of Swell.
The beaches in and surrounding Kiama are beautiful! From The Farm a national surfing reserve, to Kiama Surf Beach you're sure to catch a wave. You are truly spoilt for choice with Kendalls Beach and Easts beach being just a 5 minute walk from Swell - both sheleted and perfect for spending the day relaxing and swimming.
If your wanting to eat out, Swell just down the road from a cafe and wine bar or short stroll to heart of Kiama which is full of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. Whether you’re after breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner there is something for everyone in Kiama.
Be sure to check out our welcome book during your stay full of our favourite things to do and see in the area.
